Chan Ko, President
As one of the founders of PugetTech, Chan brings over 27 years of IT service experience. He has managed more than 30 projects at companies ranging from banking, wireless, trade unions, governments, multinational retailers, hospitals, research institutes, insurance companies, software, architecture firms, law firms, and manufacturing.
Chan's unique background as a mainframe systems programmer, UNIX administrator, storage engineer, IT strategist, backup and disaster recovery architect, software developer, process developer, and project manager adds an insightful and uncanny ability to provide top-notch solutions to customers' IT challenges.
His business philosophy is that it is always about the customer. As simple as it might sound, many professional services providers simply do not deliver.
When Chan is not working he spends as much time as he can with his family. He also enjoys playing golf and reading books. His personal philosophy is "live simple and live clean."
Tammy Ruth, Vice President
Tammy brings over 20 years experience in enterprise networking. She has provided services to clients in a variety of industries including banking, healthcare, manufacturing, and philanthropy.
Tammy's projects have involved designing, implementing and securing enterprise networks. She has experience with switches, routers, firewalls, IP Telephony and VPN devices. Prior to joining Puget Technology Group, she worked as a Network Engineer with Children's Hospital in Seattle.
Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University. When not working, Tammy enjoys golfing and spending time with her family on the Kitsap Peninsula.
